Clients

Introduction

In the Skyone Autosky product, each client represents a company linked to a single environment.

An environment can contain multiple companies, and the same company may have multiple departments registered as clients.

This structure allows different applications and access privileges to be separated within the same framework, providing greater flexibility and security in management.

Benefits

  • Separation of access by company or department.

  • Greater control over sessions, users, and permissions.

  • Flexibility to customize settings per client.

  • Easier maintenance and security management.

Purpose and Target Audience

Client management is intended for administrators and operators responsible for:

  • Configuring companies and departments in Autosky.

  • Managing users, sessions, and applications for each client.

  • Monitoring access, status, and logs.

  • Ensuring security and a personalized experience for each organization.
