Applications
Applications Module
The Applications module in Autosky allows you to manage and make software and systems available to users in a practical and centralized way.
Through this module, you can:
Publish local Windows applications.
Provide web applications (accessed via browser).
Configure how and when each application will be available to users.
This feature enhances the user experience by integrating different types of applications into a single environment, accessible directly through sessions or even before entering the instance.
Applications
In Autosky, applications represent how software and systems are made available to users. This includes both standard (Windows) applications and web applications.
The configuration process is simple: just access the Applications screen and add a new application by entering the name, or the name + URL (for web applications).
Standard Applications
In this tab, you will find the programs already installed on the user’s Windows system.
The table displays the following fields:
Name: Application name. Code: Application identifier. Actions: Allows you to edit or delete the application.

Web Applications
The Web Applications feature allows you to make system links available directly on the Autosky login screen, even before the user accesses the instance.
The table displays the following fields:
Name: Web application name. URL: Access address (link). Status: Indicates whether the application is active or inactive. Actions: Allows you to edit, deactivate, or delete the application.

Web applications are displayed on the initial login screen, making access faster and more direct.
