Edit and Clone
Client management within the Autosky platform provides features that enable greater flexibility, security, and efficiency in administering users and configurations.
This feature was designed for:
Autosky platform administrators responsible for creating, cloning, and editing clients.
Important Terms (Glossary)
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): Multi-factor authentication requiring more than one verification method for login.
Administrative Token: Security code used to validate devices and strengthen protection against unauthorized access.
Security Group: Group composed of the partner name, client name, and a unique identifier.
Clone Client
The Clone feature allows you to create a new client with all the configurations of an existing one, replicating:
General settings
Users
Applications
Sessions
Other linked parameters
How to Clone a Client
Click the three dots next to the desired client.
Select Clone.

Enter the name of the new client.

Click Clone to complete the process.
Done! The new client will be created with the same settings as the original client.
Make sure you have the necessary permissions to perform this action.
Edit
The next option is the Edit button. When clicked, you will be directed to the Settings screen, where you can edit or update the client’s fields.
Settings
On the Settings screen, the following fields are available:
Client Name: Name of the selected client.
External Client Code: Code external to the Autosky platform used to identify the client.
Administrator Email: Email of the administrative operator for the client.
Environment: Environment where the client is configured.
Security Group: Non-editable field composed of the Partner name, Client name, and a unique identifier. When the Client name is changed, the reference is automatically updated in the security group.
Edit Client
The Edit button takes you to the Client Settings screen, where you can modify or update information.
Available Fields in Settings
Client Name: Name displayed on the platform.
External Code: Code used outside the Autosky platform.
Administrator Email: Administrative contact responsible for the client.
Environment: Technical environment where the client is configured.
Security Group: Non-editable field automatically updated according to the client name.
Configuration Flags
Always copy administrator on communications: Sends notifications to the responsible administrator.
Block multiple sessions for the same user: Limits users to one active session.
Enable iOS devices: Allows access via Apple devices.
Remote profile: Defines whether the user will have a roaming profile.
Use the same environment virtualizer: Allows maintaining or configuring a different virtualizer/port.
Enable MFA for all users: Requires multi-factor authentication for all sessions.
Security Device Validation (Administrative Token)
Implements a token stored in the browser.
Validation via email or administrative token.
Token regeneration is possible (previous token becomes invalid).
After 15 invalid attempts, the user will be deactivated.
How to Edit a Client
Click the three dots next to the client.
Select Edit.

Modify the desired fields.
Click Save to finish.
