Users
In Users, you can manage all users. In this section, you will have access to detailed information for each user, as well as individual and bulk actions that simplify administration.
Important Terms (Glossary)
AD User: The user’s identifier in Active Directory, used for authentication and centralized management.
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): A security feature that requires more than one form of authentication (e.g., password + code sent to a mobile device).
Validated Device: A device previously authorized for the user’s login.
User Status: Indicates whether the user is active (green icon) or inactive (red icon).
Displayed Information
When accessing the tab, you will see the following data for each user:
First Name: Displays the user’s first name. Last Name: Displays the user’s last name. Email: Shows the registered email address. AD User: The user’s identification number in Active Directory. Status: Displays, through icons, whether the user is active (green) or inactive (red).
Security
The Security section displays icons that indicate each user’s security level:
Gear: Indicates whether MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is configured at the client level. Shield: Shows whether MFA has been enabled by the user. Device: Indicates whether there is a validated device.
Color Legend:
Green icons: Feature enabled.
Gray/Red icons: Feature disabled.
Last Access
The Last Access field shows the date and time of the user’s most recent login. This information supports activity monitoring and auditing.
Individual Actions
Each user has an actions button that allows you to quickly perform specific operations, such as:
Resend password
Resend password with copy
Activate user
Edit details
Delete user
Reset MFA
General Actions
In addition to individual actions, the tab also provides a General Actions button for bulk user management. Available options include:
Add new users
Import users in bulk
Activate, deactivate, or delete users
Export users to CSV
Import custom users
Import clients
