Report Email Settings
The Report Email Settings section allows you to monitor and track interactions with emails reported as phishing. In this area, you can enable or disable monitoring and configure the IMAP connection details.
To configure report email monitoring, fill in the following fields:
Enable Email Account Monitoring: Turn this feature on or off.
IMAP Host: Enter the IMAP server of the email provider.
IMAP Port: Specify the port used for the connection.
IMAP Username: Enter the email address used for monitoring.
IMAP Password: Enter the corresponding password.
Use TLS: Enable or disable TLS encryption for enhanced security.
Advanced Settings: When this option is enabled, the following additional settings become available:
Folder: Select the specific IMAP folder to monitor.
Check Frequency: Set the time interval at which the configured email account will be checked for reported messages. These will be recorded in the campaign metrics.
Restrict to Domain: Limit checks to emails from a specific domain.
Ignore Certificate Errors: Enable this option to continue even if SSL certificate errors are detected.
Delete Campaign Emails: Enable to automatically remove emails from monitored campaigns.
