# Overview

**Skyone Astra** is **Skyone**'s enterprise AI platform, built for use by teams and for business management. It brings together more than 400 AI models in one place, with auditing of every conversation, data protection at the source, and costs shown in Brazilian reais (R$).

### Why Astra

Astra brings AI into your teams' daily work with an enterprise mindset. Producing an answer is not enough: usage needs to be organized, and the company needs the means to manage that adoption.

With Astra, your company doesn't have to choose between giving teams autonomy and keeping control. The platform meets both needs:

* **For the people doing the work:** everyday usefulness, with models, Experts, and integrations ready for each team's tasks.
* **For the people managing it:** clear visibility into who uses AI, which model, for what, and at what cost, with rules and controls set by the company.

The decision is no longer just which chat tool to buy, but how AI should work in your company.

### Pillars

| Pillar        | What it ensures                                                                                                                                                                                                                             |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Governance | Every question asked to an AI is recorded by user, team, model, and time period, with content search and CSV export for your BI tools. The workspace requires 2FA and has separate access profiles for administration, security, and usage. |
| Guardrails | The user's request passes through guardrails before it reaches the model, protecting sensitive data at the source. |
| Cost in reais | The cost of each conversation is recorded in Brazilian reais (R$) in the admin panel. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.skyone.cloud/english/overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
