Access Management and Security
Inactive Company Status (01/08) We improved visual clarity for inactive companies by adding clear alerts in both the company listing and login screens. In addition, the system now blocks invitations to new users under this status, preventing authentication-related confusion.
User Experience and Interface
Notifications (01/19) The platform now includes a numeric indicator for unread messages, making it easier to track notifications.
Refreshed Ticket View (01/19) We standardized the Support Cases screen to match the Notifications layout, creating a more consistent and intuitive navigation experience.
Cleaner Interface (01/26) We removed unnecessary IDs to simplify the interface and keep the focus on what truly matters.
Cancellation via Support (01/08) The cancellation menu has been removed. Cancellation requests must now be submitted through a support ticket, ensuring better tracking and control.
Identification and Navigation
Product Identification (01/19) We added new “Beta” badges (e.g., Phishing) and “Active” status indicators, making it easier to quickly identify products in use.
Skyone Fabric (01/19) What was previously labeled as Integration / Data / AI Services is now called Skyone Fabric.
Quick Access to Documentation (01/19) Access to help is now easier with a direct documentation icon available in the interface.
Billing and Organization
Billing Automation (01/19) Newly registered companies now have the billing module enabled by default, reducing manual setup steps.
Service Statement (01/19) The service statement has been removed from the product list and is now available in the top-right menu, alongside company information.
Smart Filters (01/19) We fixed the display of data at the top of contract tables. The information now updates in real time according to the applied filters.
