Profile and Preferences

The Profile and Preferences section centralizes key user settings, allowing you to view and manage your account information, as well as customize your experience on the platform. This area is designed to ensure greater autonomy, security, and flexibility in your daily use of the system.

To access this page, simply click the drop-down menu in the top right corner (next to your username) and select "Profile".

Edit Profile and Change Language

Upon accessing the dashboard, you can easily update your account details and customize the interface:

  • Edit Profile: To modify your information, click the Edit button located in the top right corner of the screen. Once clicked, the form fields will become editable, except for your registered email address, which remains locked for security purposes. After making your changes, click Save to apply them or Cancel to discard them.

  • Interface Language: The platform offers multilingual support to suit your preferences. You can change the dashboard language at any time by clicking the globe icon, also located in the top right corner. Available languages include Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Password Reset

The system provides two secure methods for resetting your platform credentials:

  • Send via email: Selecting this option automatically sends a reset link to the email address associated with your account.

  • Enter password manually: If you prefer to change your password directly in the dashboard, this option opens a pop-up window (modal). Here, you will need to enter your current password, type your new password, and confirm it. Click Save to complete the process.

API Integration (Skyone Console)

This section is dedicated to the technical management of API access for Skyone Console. Here, you can create and manage operators and authentication tokens, ensuring full control and traceability over your integrations.

The token list displays the following fields and indicators:

  • Description and Account: An explanatory message about the purpose of the access and the account it is associated with.

  • Dates: The creation and scheduled expiration dates for the token.

  • IP Validation and Filtering: Indicates whether the token is restricted to specific networks (displaying "Yes" or "No") and lists the configured authorized IP addresses.

  • Actions: Quick shortcuts to edit or delete the record.

How to Add a Token

To generate a new API credential, click the Add Token button and follow the steps below:

  1. Identification and Expiration: Enter a clear description of the token's purpose and set its expiration date.

  2. Account Association: Select the account the token will be associated with.

  3. IP Filtering (Optional): To restrict this token's use to a specific network, enable the filter flag and enter the authorized IP addresses.

  4. Save and View: Click Save to generate the code.

Immediately after creation, the system will display a confirmation screen.

Important: For security reasons, the full token can only be viewed and exported immediately after it is created. To save it, click the Download Token CSV button to download the file directly to your computer.

Manage Existing Tokens

To modify or remove an existing access, use the tools column in the list:

  • Edit a Token: Locate the desired token, click the Actions button, and select Edit.

Make the necessary changes to the allowed parameters and click Save to update the guidelines.

Delete a Token: To permanently revoke access, click the Actions button next to the corresponding token and select Delete.

To prevent accidental deletion, the system displays a warning prompt. Click Delete again to confirm and permanently remove the token.
