Accounts
Understanding the concept of an Account is the first step in managing your infrastructure in Skyone Autosky. Essentially, an account acts as the primary organizational entity of the platform. It functions as a large logical grouping, responsible for organizing your environments (where systems and applications actually run) and the users authorized to access them.
Every account is directly linked to a Company. Through this structure, the system defines your business's structural and security rules, such as authentication methods, Active Directory (AD) usage, and cloud resource distribution.
With this structure in mind, accessing the Accounts page gives you a centralized management view, containing a list of all accounts available and authorized for your user profile.
On this screen, data is organized and displayed as follows:
Account Name: The primary identification of the organization in the dashboard.
Publication Status: An indicator showing the current status of the account and its respective resources.
Last Access: The most recent activity log, which helps in controlling and monitoring usage.
Actions: An interactive button that provides direct access to each account's server. (To better understand how to manage these resources, see the "Servers" article).
