Applications
The Applications module in Skyone Autosky allows you to manage and provide software and systems to users in a practical and centralized way. Through it, you can publish local Windows applications, provide web applications (accessed via browser), and configure how and when each resource will be available.
This management improves the user experience by integrating different types of tools into a single environment. It is worth noting that the applications work simultaneously: the user can access the Web Applications links right on the initial Autosky login screen and, after entering their instance, use the software from the Standard Applications (Windows).
To facilitate viewing and management, the screen features a Refresh button (circular icon) to reload the list, column sorting by clicking the arrows (↑↓), and pagination control (Rows per page) in the lower right corner. The configuration process is simple and divided into two main tabs:
Standard Applications In this tab, you find and manage the programs that are already installed on the user's Windows (within the instance). The table presents the list of available software and displays the following columns:
Checkbox: Located in the first column, allows you to select one or multiple software programs to apply batch actions.
Name: The display name of the application.
Status: Indicates whether the application is Active (green icon, available for use) or Inactive (red icon).
Actions: Individual menu (represented by three vertical dots) at the end of each program's row, allowing you to Edit the information, Enable/Disable, or Delete the specific application.
General Actions (Standard Applications)
In the upper right corner of this tab is the blue General Actions button, designed for bulk administration and maintenance. It offers the following options:
Opening Test: Allows you to validate if the selected software programs are launching correctly in the instance.
Add Application: Opens the screen for the manual registration of a new program in the system.
Enable / Disable Selected: Changes the bulk visibility status for all items checked in the checkbox.
Remove Selected: Permanently deletes the checked applications from the list.

Web Applications
The functionality of the Web Applications tab allows you to provide links to useful systems and websites directly on the Autosky login screen, even before the user accesses the instance. This makes access to browser-based tools much faster and more direct.
To add a new link, simply click the blue Add Application button (located in the upper right corner of this tab) and enter the name and destination URL. The table displays the following fields:
Name: Display name of the web application.
URL: Access address (link) for the system or website.
Status: Indicates whether the link is active (visible to the user on the login screen) or inactive (hidden).
Actions: Just like in the standard tab, this individual button allows you to edit data, change the activation status, or delete the web application if it is no longer needed.
Web applications are displayed on the initial login screen, making access faster and more direct.
