Sessions
The Sessions tab is dedicated to real-time monitoring and auditing of accesses to the Autosky environment. Upon accessing this module, you can immediately view which users are logged in and identify the exact instances each one is currently connected to.
To facilitate navigation, the interface features a search bar (Search) for quick lookups, a Refresh button (circular icon) to reload connections in real time, and a pagination control (Rows per page) in the bottom right corner of the list.
The module is divided into two main viewing tabs:
Sessions (Active)
In the main tab, the table displays the currently active connections, offering a clear overview of current system usage. The following fields are available:
Checkbox: Allows you to select one or multiple sessions to apply bulk deletion using the top "Delete sessions" button.
Name and Email: Display the identification of the connected user.
Instance: Displays the address and identifier of the instance where the user is operating.
Creation date: Shows the exact date and time the session was started.
Status: Indicates whether the session is active and functional, represented by a green check mark icon.
Actions: Provides a red trash can icon to disconnect the corresponding user.

Session History
Switching to the Session history tab, you can view the details of past and completed accesses. This screen offers specific time filters: in addition to the search bar, you can define an exact period using the Start date and End date calendars to refine your results.
The history table provides valuable data for auditing and security:
Users and Email: Identify which credential performed the access.
Login date and Logout date: Record the exact period the session remained active.
Source IP and Destination IP: Display the network addresses used in the connection, which are essential for traceability.
Termination reason: Informs the reason why the connection was closed, such as "Session ended" or "Instance terminated".
If you need to analyze this data externally, you can generate a complete report by clicking the blue Export CSV button, located in the top right corner of this tab.

Delete Sessions
If it is necessary to actively disconnect a user, you can end their session immediately or on a scheduled basis. To perform this action, follow these steps in the main Sessions tab:
Click the red trash can icon (Actions column) located to the right of the corresponding user's row.

In the confirmation modal that opens, select in how many minutes the session should be ended.
Write a warning message that will be displayed directly on the user's screen to inform them about the termination.

Click the "Delete" button to confirm the operation.

Wait until the stipulated time ends and the session is automatically removed from the Autosky list.
