Users
The Users tab is the central panel for identity and access administration within the platform. In this section, administrators have full control to manage all registered users, monitor security levels, audit latest accesses, and perform maintenance actions individually or in bulk. The goal of this interface is to ensure simplified and secure management, allowing you to keep your organization's environment always updated and protected.
To facilitate navigation, the main screen features a search bar (Search) for quick searches, a Refresh button to reload the list, column sorting options, and pagination control (Rows per page) in the lower right corner.
Information Displayed in the Table
The main table provides a quick summary of each account's registration. Upon accessing the tab, you will view the following columns:
Checkbox: Allows you to select one or multiple users to apply bulk actions.
First and Last Name: Displays the user's identification.
Email: Shows the registered corporate email address (accompanied by a quick copy icon).
AD User: Displays the user's identification number in the Active Directory, used for authentication and centralized management.
Status: Visually presents the account's situation, with a green icon indicating that the user is active and a red icon (minus sign) indicating that the user is inactive or blocked.
Last Access: Shows the exact date and time the user last logged in. This information is critical for monitoring inactivity and audits.
Security Indicators
The Security column displays three icons that quickly inform you of each user's protection level. The color of the icons indicates whether the feature is Active (Green) or Inactive/Pending (Red/Gray):
Gear: Indicates whether mandatory MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication, which requires more than one form of verification to log in) is configured at the client level.
Shield: Shows whether MFA has been properly activated and configured by the user.
Device (Monitor): Displays whether there is any validated device, meaning equipment previously recognized and authorized for the user's secure login.
Individual Actions
At the end of each user's row, there is a specific actions menu that affects only the selected user:
Resend Password: Sends a password reset link directly to the user's email.
Resend Password (with copy): Sends the reset link to the user and a copy to the administrator's email.
Enable / Disable: Changes the user's access status.
Edit: Opens the form to change registration data.
Delete: Permanently removes the user from the system.
Reset MFA: Unlinks the current MFA, forcing the user to configure a new multi-factor authentication method upon their next access.
Force password change on next login: Requires the user to create a new password as soon as they try to access the system again.
General Actions (Bulk Administration)
Located in the upper right corner of the table, the General Actions button offers tools to optimize the administrator's time by allowing multiple users to be manipulated simultaneously:
Add User: Opens the form for the manual creation of a new user.
Import Users: Allows you to add multiple users at once using a standard file.
Enable / Disable / Delete Selected: Applies the chosen action to all users with checked checkboxes in the table.
Export CSV: Generates and downloads a file containing all the data from the current user list.
Import Customized Users: Allows bulk importation using spreadsheets with customized fields.
Import Clients: Tool for importing associated client registrations.
Force password change on next login: Applies the mandatory password reset requirement to all selected users.
Remove mandatory password change: Cancels the requirement to change the password upon the next access for the selected users.
