Micro environment instance
The Instances page allows you to view and manage the resources responsible for running applications within an environment. From this page, you can monitor instance status, review operational information, and perform administrative actions related to application access and support.
In addition to displaying information such as IP addresses, resource utilization, and active sessions, the page provides features that help manage the environment and verify the proper operation of applications.

This section provides access to the main features available for instances, including session management, application launch testing, administrative access, security settings, and detailed instance information.
The following information is displayed in the Instances table:

Connect as
In this section, you will learn how to perform essential actions in the micro environment, such as:
Sessions
The "Sessions" modal allows you to view the users connected to the instance and, if necessary, terminate active connections.
To access the Sessions modal:
Click on "Sessions" in the three-dot menu next to the selected instance.

The modal will open, displaying the active sessions on the instance.

To end a session:
Click the red icon next to the user's name you wish to disconnect.

Application Launch Test
The Application Launch Test allows operators to validate application access quickly and securely by simulating a customer's access experience without requiring additional configuration. This feature is useful for verifying application functionality, validating permissions, and supporting troubleshooting and diagnostic activities.
Through this feature, operators can select the desired customer and choose whether access will be performed using a temporary user account or an existing user account, providing greater flexibility during validation procedures.
How to perform an opening test:
Click the three dots next to the desired instance.
Select "Opening Test".
In the displayed modal, choose the client to be tested.
Decide whether to use a temporary user or an existing user.
Click "Connect".
Make sure to select the correct customer before starting the test.
The available options may vary depending on the user's permissions and the environment configuration.
The purpose of the Application Launch Test is to validate application access and functionality before it is used by the end customer.
Security — Zero Trust
Zero Trust is a security feature in Autosky that allows network service ports on instances, which were previously open to the entire internet, to be blocked via firewall and opened on demand as Autosky users or operators access the instances.
Authorization to use Zero Trust for accessing an instance occurs when:
The environment is configured to use Zero Trust.
The environment/client is configured to use a public IP.
To check if your instances have Zero Trust enabled, hover your mouse over the shield icon on the desired instance.

Connect as
The Connect as Administrator feature allows authorized operators to securely access an instance to perform support, validation, and environment administration tasks. Access is granted using the credentials previously configured for the instance, eliminating the need to whitelist IP addresses directly on the server.
This feature was designed to provide a more secure and controlled way to access environments, simplifying the connection process for operations and support teams.
To connect as an administrator, follow the steps below:
Click the three dots next to the desired instance.

Select "Connect as Administrator".
Enter the Skyone Autosky portal password.
Click "Connect".

After authentication, you will be redirected to the instance users page, where you can view the available applications and initiate the connection.
Use the same password registered for your Skyone Autosky account.
The availability of this feature depends on the permissions granted to the user.
Some connections may require the prior installation and configuration of the necessary components for remote access.
Access is performed using the credentials associated with the instance, providing greater security and traceability of operations.
