Sending an invitation to a Workspace

You can invite one or more people to your workspace, as long as you are the owner or administrator of the space in question.

To invite a person, follow the steps below. The process is documented below in two tabs: New Account (when it's your first access) and Existing Account (previously registered users).

1) During the workspace creation process, you can invite users. To do this, simply type or paste the email addresses into the screen shown immediately after registering the space.

2) The invited person will receive an e-mail with an invitation to join the workspace. You can track the status of the invitation in the “Users” tab. If you need to send the invitation again, just click on “Resend invitation”.

1) You can add a person to an existing workspace. To do this, simply enter “Profile” from the drop-down menu and then choose “Users and Permissions”.

2) Click the “Invite users” button to display the following screen:

3) Enter the e-mail address and choose the permission (developer or administrator). To complete the action, click on “Invite”.

4) The invited person will receive an e-mail with an invitation to join the workspace. You can track the status of the invitation in the “Users” tab. If you need to send the invitation again, just click on “Resend invitation”.
