Cloud Server

On the Skyone Platform, by accessing "Cloud Servers", you can manage servers remotely without the need to share platform credentials.

Prerequisites

Access to the platform's resources is controlled by user permissions. To view and manage servers, the following permissions are required:

  • Skyone Platform: Administrator or Server Management

  • Server Management: Permissions granted during deployment or later by support.

If you are unable to view a server, check your permissions and contact support.

How to Access

On the Skyone Platform, click on "Cloud Server".

If this option is not visible on the homepage, open the "Product Menu" hover over "Cloud Computer", and click on "Cloud Server".

Top Panels

The top panels display the following data:

  • Servers

    • Total number of servers

    • Last update

    • Number of servers by operating system (Windows and Linux)

  • Operationnal

    • Operation usage percentage

    • Last update

    • Number of servers powered active and inactive

Cloud Servers

In the "Cloud Servers" table, you can track the following details for each server:

  • Operating System

  • Cloud Server

  • Group

  • ID

  • Public IP

  • Private IP

  • Last Backup

  • Status

Server Search and Filter

In the upper-right corner of the screen, the following tools are available to facilitate server searches:

  • Search: Click the magnifying glass icon and enter the server name or ID.

  • Filters: Click "Filters" to refine the search using the following options:

    • Search field: Server name or ID.

    • Select a group

    • Status: Server state (Running, Stoppedd, etc.).

After filling in or selecting filters, click "Apply". To clear the filters and return to the full view, click "Clear Filters".

On the right side of each item, there is a "More Options" menu (three dots):
