You can request contract cancellation with Skyone directly through the platform. To do this, follow the steps below:
In the dropdown menu, click on any available item (except Billing and Log Out).
In the left menu, click on "Cancellation".
Select the contract you wish to cancel.
Complete the following fields:
Subject: Briefly describe the topic of your message.
Description: Provide additional information about the cancellation.
After submitting your request, a representative from Skyone’s Customer Success team will contact you to proceed with the process.
