Publication Channel
In this section, you will learn how to publish workflows using the different available channels. We will guide you step by step for each type of publication.
Workflows Available in Skyone Studio
Currently, Skyone Studio offers two main types of workflows for interacting with the AI agent: Chats and Business Intelligence (BI).
1. Chats
In this mode, users can interact directly with the virtual agent, sending questions and receiving answers in real time. The available communication channels are:
WhatsApp
Private Chat (Skyone Studio internal interface)
Slack
These channels allow quick conversations, ideal for answering questions, obtaining specific information, or performing simple interactions with the assistant.
2. Business Intelligence (BI)
Here, the agent is integrated with data analysis tools, allowing users to ask questions in natural language directly about the data and view answers through dashboards and interactive reports. Currently, Skyone Studio offers integration with:
Power BI
This workflow is especially useful for making data analysis more accessible, allowing any user—even without advanced BI knowledge—to explore insights and clarify questions about available reports.
Metabase
Metabase is an open-source tool for exploring, visualizing, and sharing data easily. Integrated with Skyone Studio, it uses Data Warehouse information for queries and analyses.
New users: Access is enabled automatically.
Existing users: Access must be requested from support.
