Publishing Agent Flows

In this section, you'll learn how to publish flows using the various channels available on the platform. We’ll guide you step by step for each publication type.

Available Flow Types on the Platform

Currently, the platform offers two main types of flows for interacting with the AI agent: Chats and Business Intelligence (BI).

1. Chats

In this mode, users can interact directly with the virtual agent by sending questions and receiving real-time answers. The available communication channels are:

  • WhatsApp

  • Private Chat (internal platform interface)

  • Slack

These channels enable quick conversations, ideal for answering questions, retrieving specific information, or carrying out simple interactions with the assistant.

2. Business Intelligence (BI)

In this flow, the agent is integrated with data analysis tools, allowing users to ask natural language questions directly about their data and view responses through interactive dashboards and reports. The platform currently integrates with:

  • Power BI

This flow is especially useful for making data analysis more accessible, enabling any user—even without advanced BI knowledge—to explore insights and clarify questions about available reports.

Flows in Development (Coming Soon)

We’re working to expand interaction possibilities by including new channels and tools:

Chats

  • Google Chat

  • Microsoft Teams

Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Metabase

These integrations will allow you to further extend the use of the virtual agent, connecting it to different corporate environments and analytical tools.

How to Add Publication Types

WhatsApp

  • Access the Publishing Tab: Go to the Publishing tab and select the WhatsApp channel.

  • Select Flow: Choose the agent flow you want to publish.

  • Select or Create Account: Use an existing configured account or create a new one under Manage Accounts.

    • To create a new account, click Create Account.

    • Follow the setup guide on Meta: How to configure WhatsApp in Skyone Studio

  • Manage Users: Select users who will interact with the agent, or create new ones.

    • Click Create User.

    • Fill in the name, email, and select type (WhatsApp).

    • Add the user's phone number in “WhatsApp Configuration”.

Flow consumption is tied to the end user. Example: If Client X purchased the Studio package with integration, data, and AI, they must grant access to the end users when publishing an agent. Each user incurs a monthly fee. Refer to the pricing chart on the intranet: Pricing Table

Private Chat

  • Access the Publishing Tab: Go to the Publishing tab and select the Private Chat channel.

  • Select Flow: Choose the agent flow you want to publish.

  • Select or Create Account: Use an existing configured account or create a new one under Manage Accounts.

  • Manage Users

    • Click Create User.

    • Fill in the name, email, and select type (Private Chat).

    • In Private Chat Configuration, add an email and password (required, as this is not a public chat).

The Private Chat works like a private ChatGPT. A URL will be generated for the client to share.

Consumption control is based on individual access with a password — if it were a public link, user tracking wouldn’t be possible.

Slack

  • Access the Publishing Tab: Go to the Publishing tab and select the Slack channel.

  • Select Flow: Choose the agent flow you want to publish.

  • Select or Create Account: Use an existing configured account or create a new one under Manage Accounts.

  • Manage Users

    • Click Create User.

    • Fill in the name, email, and select type (Slack).

    • In Private Chat Configuration, add or use an email already registered for a user.
