How to Configure Private Chat in Skyone Studio

Private Chat is a conversational automation tool inspired by chatbots, designed to run agent workflows in a completely standalone environment—independent from Skyone Studio. It has its own user management and a unique access URL.

This feature was created to meet specific needs where, for example, access to Skyone Studio is not possible, allowing users to quickly and easily test and interact with agent workflows.

What is Private Chat?

Private Chat uses the same building blocks as an AI agent, including:

  • Agent Workflows

  • Interactive components (messages, buttons, etc.)

  • AI Agents

The main advantage is its flexibility. In addition to integrations with Slack and WhatsApp, users can access the chat through a generated URL—similar to a traditional chatbot experience. It’s ideal for:

  • Testing agent workflows in situations where Skyone Studio is unavailable

  • Quickly validating interactions before final deployment

  • Demonstrating flows to stakeholders or teams who don’t use Skyone Studio directly

Practical Example: If you can’t access Skyone Studio but need to test a workflow, simply publish the agent to Private Chat and use the generated URL to simulate the interactions.
