Backup Audit
The "Backup Audit" feature is part of the "Cloud Computing" product and provides a report with information about servers that have backups configured. This view allows users to monitor the status of completed backups, identify failures, and access details about the applied retention policies.
When accessing the "Cloud Servers" menu from the left-hand sidebar, the "Backup Audit" screen will be available. Each time the screen is accessed, an updated report is automatically generated with the latest data.

Filters
The feature allows you to apply filters to refine the results displayed. You can select one or more servers to generate a customized report.
To apply a filter:
Click "Filters"
Select the desired server(s)
Click "Apply"
A new report will be automatically generated based on your selection.
Download Report
The displayed report can be exported in PDF format. To do so, click the "Download" button.
Refresh Report
An updated report is generated automatically each time the screen is accessed. To manually refresh the data, click the "Refresh" button.
Report Overview
The top section of the screen displays a summary with the following indicators:
Issued b": Shows the name of the user who accessed the screen, as well as the date and time the report was generated.
Available Servers: Displays the total number of servers with backups enabled, categorized by operating system (Windows, Linux, and Others).
Total Processed Backups Available: Indicates the total number of backups performed, how many are currently available, and how many are unavailable.
Backups scheduled by the platform: Shows the total number of scheduled backups, categorized by status: completed, pending, and in progress.
Status – Latest Backups: Displays alerts indicating the status of recent backups, such as success or failure.
Backup Policies
This section displays which retention policy is applied to each server. Each policy defines:
The retention period (e.g., 7 days)
The schedule and destination for backup files
Backup Information
The table at the bottom of the screen displays the disks from each server with the following data:
Disk Name: Represents the server's backup volume
Last Backup Date: Date and time of the most recent backup execution
Expires At: Expected expiration date of the backup, based on the applied retention policy
Status: Indicates whether the backup was completed successfully or if any errors occurred
Backup Policy: Displays the applied retention period (e.g., "7-day retention")
