My Profile

How to access

To access your profile, click on the dropdown menu, then select "My Profile".

Edit Profile

1. To edit your settings, go to "My Profile" and click "Edit" in the upper-right corner.

1. Note that after clicking the "Edit" button, the fields will be enabled for editing, except for the email field.

2. This section contains your profile information: full name, email, business phone, mobile, and country. You can modify these details, except for the email.

3. After making any changes, click "Save". If you do not wish to make changes, simply select "Cancel".

Change password

In this section, you can change your platform password. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Change Password" button.

1. Enter your current password, the new password, and confirm the new password.

The password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols

3. To complete the password change, click "Save".
