In User Management, you can manage users on Skyone Platform, including adding and editing users, searching for a specific user, and more.
To access the "User Management" area of the platform, follow these steps:
Click on the dropdown menu, then select "User Management".
The main user management screen will be displayed, showing detailed information for each user.
The available information includes:
User: The user’s name.
Permissions: Hover over this item to view all permissions. If there’s more than one permission associated, a complete list will be displayed.
Email: The registered email address.
Last Access: The date and time of the last login. If the user has never logged in, it will display "No Access."
Status: Indicates the user’s current status.
By default, the user list displays users from the most recent to the oldest access.
To sort by different criteria, click on the desired column header (User, Permissions, etc.).
To search for a user by email:
In the upper area of the platform, click on the magnifying glass icon.
Enter the full email or a portion of the user's email.
Press Enter to start the search.
In "Filters", you can search for a user by Email or by Permissions. To do so:
Click on "Filters" to access the filtering options.
After selecting the desired filters, click "Apply" to view the results.
To remove applied filters, click "Clear filters".
