Billing

In "Billing", you can track your company's invoices and contracts. This section is divided into two tabs: Invoices and Contracts.

Invoices

In the "Invoices" tab, you can view the following details:

  • Period

  • Amount

  • Status

Search and Filter Features

  • Select Year: Search for invoices by year.

  • Filters: Click "Filters" to refine your search using the following options:

    • Select Year

    • Select Month

    • Status: All, Open, Invoiced, or Partially Invoiced

To remove the applied filters, click "Clear Filters".

Export Spreadsheet In the upper right corner of the screen, the Export Spreadsheet option will be available. By clicking this option, the invoice data displayed on the screen will be exported to a spreadsheet file in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format.


Contracts

In the Contracts tab, you can view the following details:

Summary Panel

  • Total Number of Contracts

  • Active Contracts

  • Completed Contracts

  • Canceled Contracts

Contract Details

  • Contract ID

  • Description

  • Start Date

  • Valid Until

  • Expected Monthly Value

  • Status

Search and Filter Features

  • Search: Click the search icon at the top of the platform and enter a contract (e.g., its number or code) to find the desired item.

  • Select Year: Search for contracts by year.

  • Filters: Click "Filters" to refine your search using the following options:

    • Contract, Number, or Code

    • Select Year

    • Select Month

    • Status: All, Current, Canceled, Suspended, or Concluded.

To remove the applied filters, click "Clear Filters".

  • Report: When clicking the Report button, a document will be generated containing all the information currently displayed on the page.
