My Partner

In “My Partner", you can authorize or revoke a partner's access.

How to access

  1. Click on the “Settings” icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. On the left sidebar, select "My Partner".

Authorize Partner

To add a partner, the token must first be created in the “My Clients”menu. Once the token is created, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Authorize Partner".

  2. In the “Token" field, paste the token previously created in “My Clients".

  3. Select the desired permissions for the partner. The available options are:

  • Ticket Management

  • Server Management

  • Ticket User

  1. Click “Authorize" to finalize.

After authorization, the token will become active in the "My Clients menu, allowing the addition of users with access to the partner company. Read more in "Authorize User".

Edit partner

To modify a partner’s permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Click “More options” (three-dot icon).

  2. Select “Edit”.

  1. Choose the new desired permissions.

  1. Click “Edit” to confirm.

Revoke partner

To revoke a partner's access, follow these steps:

  1. Click “More options” (three-dot icon).

  2. Select “Revoke Permissions”.

  3. A confirmation message will appear. Click “Ok” to confirm.
