**Private Chat** is a conversational automation tool inspired by chatbots, designed to execute agent workflows in a fully independent environment from **Skyone Studio**, with its own users and exclusive URLs.

It was created to meet specific needs where access to **Skyone Studio** is not possible, allowing users to test and interact with agent workflows quickly and conveniently.

* **New users**: Can access Private Chat as soon as the workflow is published.
* **Existing users**: Require an administrator to publish the workflow and share the URL or QR Code.

9. Manage the users and groups that will have access permissions
