Options for User Management

Skyone Platform offers various options for managing users. To access the user management area, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu next to the company name.

  2. Select "User Management".

  3. Once in this area, note that next to each user, there is a "More Options" menu (three dots):

How to edit a user?

To edit a user, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the user you want to modify.

  1. On the right side, click the three dots next to the user.

  2. Click on the "Edit" option.

  3. A screen will appear for editing the user.

You can edit the following fields:

  • Permissões na empresa

  • Qual o tipo de usuário

  • Em que área o usuário atua?

  • Qual o cargo do usuário na empresa

    • Company Permissions

    • User Type

    • User's Area of Expertise

    • User’s Job Title

Additionally, you can convert the user into a temporary user.

  1. After making changes, click "Save".

How to unlink a user?

The unlink option is used to remove a person from the company’s profile. To unlink a user, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the user you wish to modify.

  1. On the right side, click the three dots next to the user.

  2. Click on the "Unlink" option.

  3. Confirm the action by clicking "Confirm" in the modal that appears on the screen.

The log information displayed relates to the main actions taken on the platform.
