How to invite a user to the platform?

To add a user to the platform, follow these steps:
Click on the dropdown menu next to the company name.
Select "User Management".
Click on "Invite user".
Fill in the following fields with the user’s information:
Guest Email: Enter the new user’s email.
Company permissions: Set the permissions the user will have.
User type: Choose the type that matches the user’s role.
Area of expertise: Specify the area the user will work in.
Job title: Specify the user’s job title.
Language (optional): Set the user's preferred language.
To create a temporary user on One Platform, follow the steps above and enable the "Temporary User" option. When enabling this option, set the expiration date and time for the temporary access.
To complete the user registration, click "Send". The invited user will receive an email to access the platform.
