Each client represents a company linked to a single environment. However, an environment can contain multiple companies, and a single company can have multiple departments registered as clients. This structure allows different applications and access privileges to be managed separately within the same company.

On this screen, you have access to the following information:

  • Access: View client details.

  • Name

  • Client ID

  • Environment

  • Active Sessions

  • Status

  • Last Access

  • Actions: Clone, edit, and view users; access the Applications screen; navigate through tabs like Sessions, Access restrictions, Maintenance, and Logs; and view the Client summary.

  • General actions button: Add clients

Adding a Client

This process allows you to register a new client in Autosky, ensuring all necessary information is correctly entered for proper management and access. Follow the steps below to avoid errors in client registration.

To add a new client, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "General Actions".

  1. Fill in the following fields:

    1. Client Name

    2. External Client Code (optional)

    3. Administrator Email (optional)

    4. Environment

    e. Configure the flags as needed. Available flags:

  • Always Copy the Registered Administrator on Client Email Communications: Enable this flag to ensure the client's administrator automatically receives copies of all email communications.

  • Block Multiple Sessions for the Same User? Activate this option to prevent the same user from logging in simultaneously from multiple devices.

  • Allow iOS Devices? Enable this to grant access to iOS devices.

  • Remote Profile: Configure this option to indicate that the client uses a remote profile.

  • Use the Same Interface as the Client Account: Activate to standardize the interface with the client's main account.

  • Configure Interface: Customize the interface according to the client's needs.

  • Use the Same Virtualizer as the Environment: Select this option to standardize the virtualizer based on the current environment.

  • Authentication with DUO: Enable Cisco Duo as an authentication method to enhance access security. With two-factor authentication, Duo continuously verifies user identities and device integrity before granting access, ensuring a more secure and reliable environment.

  1. Click "Add".

The client will be included in the list.

Next steps

Now that the client has been added, you can manage their information and perform various actions using the Actions button in the client list.
