The Maintenance feature is similar to the one available in , but it allows you to configure planned downtime notifications specifically for users of a particular client. Unlike the Environments option, which notifies all users from all clients in an environment, the Maintenance functionality focuses only on users from that specific client.
Maintenance Configuration:
Display Warning:
The Display Warning feature is designed to inform users when maintenance will occur, and the client will be unavailable during the specified period. To configure the warning, click the corresponding flag and fill in the required fields:
Manual Maintenance:
The Manual Maintenance feature allows immediate, planned maintenance to be initiated. Before enabling it, ensure that no users are logged in to the system to avoid disrupting use.
By enabling this option, you will see the option to:
End sessions
End instances
Scheduled Maintenance:
The Scheduled Maintenance feature allows you to schedule maintenance in advance, ensuring users are notified about the downtime beforehand. To configure it, activate the flag and provide the start and end dates and times of the maintenance, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
