Micro environment instance
When you access the Environments screen, you will be directed to the Instances page.

These instances are resources designed to run applications and workloads in the cloud and can be configured according to different needs, such as storage, memory, processing, databases or other computing operations. The "Instances" screen will display a table with the following information:
Instance
Public IP
Private IP
CPU
Memory (MEM)
Sessions (SES)
Status

Connect as
In this section, you will learn how to perform essential actions in the micro environment, such as:
Block instances
Go to the environments page.
Click on the three dots next to the instance you want.

Select “block Instance”.

Confirm that the instance has been locked by clicking on “Block”.

Sessions
The "Sessions" modal allows you to view the users connected to the instance and, if necessary, terminate active connections.
To access the Sessions modal:
Click on "Sessions" in the three-dot menu next to the selected instance.

The modal will open, displaying the active sessions on the instance.
To end a session:
Click the red icon next to the user's name you wish to disconnect.

Opening Test
The "Opening Test" allows operators to perform tests on instances safely and efficiently.
How to perform an opening test:
Click the three dots next to the desired instance.

Select "Opening Test".
In the displayed modal, choose the client to be tested.

Decide whether to use a temporary user or an existing user.
Click "Connect".

Connect as
To connect as an administrator, follow the steps below:
Click the three dots next to the desired instance.

Select "Connect as Administrator".
Enter the Autosky portal password.
Click "Connect".

Make sure to use the same password you use to access the Skyone Autosky portal.
You will be redirected to the users screen, where you can view the applications.
Security — Zero Trust
Zero Trust is a security feature in Autosky that allows network service ports on instances, which were previously open to the entire internet, to be blocked via firewall and opened on demand as Autosky users or operators access the instances.
Authorization to use Zero Trust for accessing an instance occurs when:
The environment is configured to use Zero Trust.
The environment/client is configured to use a public IP.
The hypervisor is TSPlus (Remote App or HTML5) or GoGlobal.
To check if your instances have Zero Trust enabled, hover your mouse over the shield icon on the desired instance.

Instance Information
To view detailed information about an instance, click on it in the instance list. A detail panel will open, showing data such as:
Instance name
IP addresses (public and private)
Instance ID
Platform version
Startup and operational status

In this panel, you can also perform actions on the instance, such as:
Additionally, the panel displays the instance session history.
